Working on where you work in a Game

As a GK Coach I am a big fan of research, I always watch live game or on TV  and look at where teams most frequently hit shots/crosses from, where they hit through balls/balls over the top from and into what areas of the pitch. I also then look at where the goalkeeper distributes the balls from, with what technique and to what areas of the pitch and how often.

This then forms my ideals and principles on how I work with my goalkeepers  in training. I believe that if your training is not aimed at the end result (The Match) then you wont see an increase in levels of performance. 

Summer transfers and all that stuff!

What a summer we have seen in the Premiership/Championship, loans in, loans out and big money transfers!

Firstly the strangest of scenarios I have ever seen Ben Foster to West Brom in return for Boaz Myhill to replace him at Birmingham as a season long loan, and Martin Fulop in also.... back up or competition ?
